Thanks Mary Pat. I’ve tried that site, and they only seem to have one ferry a week in October. Does that seem accurate? Maybe it’s too soon to find schedules for October?

As it gets closer to the date, you’ll see more frequency in the schedule. I’m not sure if there will be a daily ferry but there will be more than a weekly ferry.

Check croatiaferries.com. It has some routes from Venice to Istria (Pula, Rovinj, Porec). Doesn’t look good for October. Kompas isn’t on this website because it is a travel agency.
You might want to try and research if there is an Italian company that runs ferries.

The boats between Venice and Istria have focused on tourists and therefore only sail in summer season between the end of April and early October.

Adriatic Lines/Kompass have their last journey on October 3rd, Venezia Lines did not publish their schedule for 2024 yet.
I would recommend contacting the ferry provider directly.

Jumping on this thread as I am also looking for Ferry from Rovinj to Venice in July and I saw the online schedule. I only see couple of morning options. Are there any ferries leaving in the afternoon from Rovinj?
