We have a big travel day - Bus from Komiza to Vis in morning. Then need ferry from Vis to Split and Split to Dubrovnik.
Is this possible?

Per above, it is theoretically possible. Assumes you can line up all the different transport pieces so there is not a lot of downtime (i.e.waiting) for the next leg of the journey.
Suspect you have to plug into all the various transport modes your dates and times to see what can be done.

Your best option maybe to take a bus from Split to Dubrovnik, as this service runs more regularly than the catamarans. It will be a very long day of travel - 8 hours or more.
