Has anyone taken a ferry from Split to Hvar to Venice? Or just Split to Venice? Please share companies or ideas. Thanks

There are no ferries from Split (or Hvar) to Venice.

There may possibly be a seasonal direct flight from Split. I would try Skyscanner.
If traveling overland, you can only take ferries from Istria to Venice (also seasonal). https://www.venezialines.com/
Of course much depends on how much time you have, but there are ferries from Split to Ancona, and you could take a train onward from there.
