We are planning our bi-annual family vacation with a total of 12 people in either Dubrovnik or Split. Ages range from 62-8 (4 grandchildren including 2 active teens). This will be a first non beach vacation and we need a large house/villa with 5+ bedrooms and pool. Any recommendations on area or property are appreciated.

I like Homeaway.com for renting homes- there's filters for size of group, pool, location etc.
