My friend and I are on a May tour and wanted to stay an extra day before going home and thought about going to Montenegro for the day but from things I've read it sounds like passport control could take some time on a bus. Also looking into Korcula, any suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Kotor would be a long day, a lot of it on a bus. Ditto Korcula. I'd look for something closer, like a tour to wineries if you are into that kind of thing, likewise a kayak tour, or a boat tour of the Elafiti islands.
