Greetings
I am traveling to Croatia August 2026. According to the ETIAS website the program has not yet rolled out. I assume if they enact it in August there will be a grace period to travel.
Has anyone researched this?

Lots of chatter on the Forum. Officially not before Oct 1, but chatter indicates not until next year. Nothing to worry about in August.
