Hi I am looking to book a day trip into Montenegro from Dubrovnik. I am unsure if I need to have a Visa for reentry into Croatia from Montenegro. Do you have any advice?

I've done it several times. If you are a US citizen, or any citizen welcomed into Schengen under the same terms as a US citizen (Visa Exempt) you need nothing in both directions as long as you dont exceed the Schengen limits in Croatia or the similar limitation in Montenegro. I say that and am pretty sure I am correct that anyone exempt in Schengen will be ecempt in Montenegro as i know a few people that it worked that way for, and I know that Montenegro will let in most nationalities with out a visa if they hold an EU residency. But if you are other than a US citizen I would run the details through the IATA system for your travel into Montenegro and confirm.
