Dubrovnik sightseeing

We'll be in Dubrovnik for 4 days mid September. I'm leaning towards purchasing the 3 day Dubrovnik Pass, primarily for access to unlimited public transport (we won't have car) and for some of the museums. What's not clear is whether it includes the City Walls. Since it's timed entries I'm assuming we need to purchase a separate ticket to walk the wall? Also, want to take the cable car up to Mt. Svd for sunset. Was considering dinner at Panorama but it appears to be very pricey and since there's lots of other good eatery options in town, we'll probably opt for the latter. Some have suggested taking the cable car up and walking back down. Any thoughts or suggestions on both of these activities would be greatly appreciated!

It says on their website that the card is good for the walls, 5 museums and 2 galleries. The walls cost about €30 and a 3 day pass costs €45. Add in the transportation and it is a good deal. It does not include the cable car.
I don’t ever remember timed entry for walking the walls and we’ve gone the last 3 years. They do close early though.
We have taken the cable car but never walked down. And yes, the restaurant is very expensive, definitely NY prices. For example, a small salad of cucumber, tomato, and a little crumbled cheese is €4 up north and €12 on Mt Srd. A large bottle of water is almost €9. These prices are from October 2023.

I did the Dubrovnik Pass for one day, since the cost of the City Walls ticket was
basically the same. But I found most of the other non-wall attractions to be so-so,
and a few of them are in the same vicinity as the Old City (or in it), so you can
knock them all off in the same day. It's true that the cost of the additional 2 days
is fairly minor. But you can only enter the walls once, I believe.

I'm pretty sure that if you buy the Pass, there is no indication or selection of a time
to enter the walls (since the validity of the pass doesn't start until it's used the first
time or something like that. I also don't recall have to exchange the pass for a
specific ticket for the wall walk. So I tend to agree that there is no timed entry,
unless they meter the flow on busy days or something like that.

Panorama is a bit of a splurge, but a totally worthwhile one. I thought it was terrific. Food was very good, service was top notch, and the ambience/view was unforgettable. I won’t soon forget it. Taking all that into consideration, I didn’t think it was out of line with what I’d pay for similar quality back home or indeed, some restaurants down in the town. I say, treat yourself!

The views from there and the viewpoint are good, but it’s even better from the fort/museum. So, really you can eat slightly before sunset and make your way over there after.
