Dubrovnik Panorama Cruise

I see a recommendation in the Rick Steves Croatia and Slovenia book for a "Panorama Cruise" in Dubrovnik. The Sv. Ivan boat is recommended, but I cannot find current information on this or other boats with a similar itinerary. Is the Sv. Ivan still operating? If not, is there an alternative that would be recommended? Thank you.
