Hello, I'm looking for any firsthand experience in Dubrovnik/Korcula during Easter week. I figure both Easter Sunday and Monday most restaurants/sights will be closed. But what about the rest of the week? My plan is to visit 4/15--4/20, and Easter is right in the middle (4/17) of the trip. Is it a mistake to go during this time?
Croatia is a very Catholic country and things will definitely be closed. I know the stores, schools, offices, etc were all closed November 1 for All Saints Day.
here people often used to went together for a lunch out. on holiday.
so restorantes used to be opened. but this is considered private family time so maybe these tourist things, like museums, not so much.
