First trip to Croatia, second week of September.
Planning on about 6 days after vacation in Switzerland. Flying into Dubrovnik, thinking 2 nights, then ferry to Hvar . Spend 3 nights there, then ferry back to Dubrovnik, 1 night there close to airport, before flying out
We are thinking mainly these 2 areas for our visit. Will be coming off a week in Alps, & looking for nice hotels with water views
Especially in Hvar , any recommendations for nice hotel near main walking area on waterfront ?
Budget about 200-350 USD per night

A friend just recommending the Adriana to me on the Hvar waterfront, but that’s over your budget (& not what I’m wanting to pay, either). I’m staying at the Heritage Hotel Dea Hvar that’s up the stairs behind the waterfront. I didn’t splurge for a water view since I usually don’t spend much time in my room. It’s an expensive area!
