Dubrovnik

We are on a cruise & we’ll be here tomorrow.
This is the tour we are on - Discover the romantic charm, incredible cuisine, and exquisite coastal scenery of Dubrovnik on your adventure through the towns of the Adriatic. Your journey begins with a walking tour in beautiful Dubrovnik, where you’ll explore historic sites, including the Old Town, originally settled by Neolithic tribes, and Gothic-style Dominican Monastery. Break for lunch at the famous Konavoski Dvori restaurant, then continue to Cavtat, a charming seaside resort and popular destination for sailors and yachting enthusiasts alike.
Anything we should see if free time? What if anything should we buy here to bring home?

I visited the aquarium which is in an old fortress down by a marina. Also found some lovely handmade soap in the market and a shop selling interesting glass jewellery. Just enjoyed strolling around Dubrovnik . A beautiful and historic city. I didn’t have time for it but exploring the walls of the city for great views is suggested a lot.

You definitely want to walk the walls. There’s also Mount Srd which is a fortress with rewarding views.

For me, walking the wall was my favorite thing to do in Dubrovnik.
