Does anyone know if the Dubrovnik card (3 day) includes bus transfers from the port to Old Town and Old Town to the airport? Thanks in advance.

I used the card years ago, so I don't remember from memory but the explanation of benefits suggests the answer is likely "yes":

Even if it's not covered (worst case scenario), just know that public transit is very inexpensive there. Does Air Croatia have a shuttle service like they do in Split (to the Spilt airport) by any chance?

Yes Agnes they do. It stops in front of the cable car up to Mt. Srd.
