We are attempting to travel from Dubrovnik to the Istrian Peninsula (or vice versa) by car.
Where would you pick up and drop off a car (presuming that you want to pick up and drop off in Croatia) ?? Dubrovnik is the logical one on one end, but what about the other end of the coast? We really wish to see the Istrian Peninsula, but don't want to drive out of our way up to Zagreb for a rental return.
