We will be driving to Dubrovnic from Split in September. I am checking to see what, if anything, we have to do/have crossing into that little bit of Bosnia. I've heard different things. If we have to buy a tag, how much will it cost? Can we use a credit card? Thanks in advance. Pattie

I didn't do that specific drive, but I did drive from Croatia into and out of Bosnia. There is no tag or vignette required in Bosnia. I don't know if there are tolls on that stretch of road.

The at rental company will ask if you are going into B-H. Tell them only on the drive on the autostrada. They may or may not charge you a fee . We were charged 20 euros.
