Ok so I heard than I should be in the border as early as posible for less wait and I was planning to drive from Dubrovnik but as it turn out.... I am going to be driving to Montenegro from Mostar :( about 4 Hrs. Has anyone made this drive later in the day? And how much was the wait in late September?
