I am looking for a driver/guide who can take my husband and I from Split to Rovinj with a stop in Plitvice Lakes and Pula along the way. I have made my bookings for lodging already.

It's not guided, per se, but Octopus Transfers offers a one-way transfer from Split to Rovinj with a stop in Plitvice: https://www.octopustransferscroatia.com/tours/split-to-rovinj-via-plitvice-lakes-transfer
You may be able to add in a stop in Pula.
