Drive from Plitvice to Motovun to Slovenia- help

Hi Everyone,
My husband and daughters (18 &23) will drive from Split to Plitvice and visit on a 2 day pass. What time is best to avoid crowds and enjoy park.

Wednesday 6/4 afternoon time?? : Plitvice

Thursday 6/5: 7:00- 11:00 am Plitvice
Drive to Motovun - things to see on the way, eat, or do?

Friday 6/6: Motovun truffle hunt & lunch 10:00-2:00

Drive to Ljubljana- should we try and squeeze in the caves & castle?

Friday 6/6: Open Kitchen - till 9:00 PM

Sat 6/7- early private city tour of Ljubljana
Drive to Lake Bled
1. Pletna boat ride
2. Castle???
3. Bled cake??
4. Tour of honey farm

Sunday 6/8- after lunch drive to Zagreb

Plitvice is likely to be crowded most of the day, but the plan to spend mid-late afternoon
doing half the park and going back early the next day for the second half is about as good
as you're going to get.

While I think you'd be pushing it to try and do the caves on Friday, you may be able to cram
in Skocjan Cave, as you're more or less driving right by it, and I think it may take less time
than Postojna.
