Which place and company offers the best and affordable dolphin trips in the area between Rovinj and Dubrovnik and is there an option to swim with dolphins - advice will be appreciated -it is my ultimate dream! Thank you

There are some on the island of Losinj, but I don't know anything about them. Looks like it is common in Istria and you may not need to travel to the island. If you google "dolphin croatia" you'll get tons of info to sort through.
