Is there any reason to get a cabin for a day time crossing leaving at noon on 10/1 from Dubrovnik? We are planning on getting a reclining seat.
I suppose its like a 10 hr flight, with the exception you can get up and walk around whenever you want.
I haven't been on a ferry in a long time, but I doubt that the seats are as cramped as coach seats on a plane.
I took the overnight ferry and had a cabin, but my recollection is that the seats would be fine for a daytime trip during which you might only catnap. Plus it's unlikely you'll be in the seat the entire trip, as there are places to walk, have lunch or relax over a drink. The ferry is big - not cramped like a plane or a catamaran.
