Hello,
Does anyone have an educated guess on how long it takes to get through customs and border control in Zagreb Airport.? My flight is due in at 11:50 am. I want to schedule a shared shuttle transfer with GoOpti and I am not sure how long to allow to get through the airport. Thank you for your thoughts.

So Zagreb is your first stop in Schengen? Otherwise no immigration.
But if yes, on most small airports, to get off my 15 min late plane, claim my luggage and get through immigration and to the curb, I would budget an hour.
If you have no Plan B, then 90 minutes for the 30 min + late flight arrival and the lost bag.

Where are you arriving from? You probably aren’t going through immigration in Zagreb.

You are correct. I am going through Munich and forgot I will go through immigration there. Thanks.
