My wife and I will be in Croatia in early May. If anyone has a recommendation for dinner in the following locations, we would appreciate your sharing this with us . . . Split - - Grad Korcula - - Dubrovnik.
Thank you.

Croatia is very scenic. For early May, some restaurants in touristy areas may not be opened yet. I visited Split and Hvar in early October, and some highly rated eateries on Hvar were already closed for the season.
I am hoping most will still be open in mid-late September when we are there
Korčula - Adio Mara Konoba for dinner. The Galerija for drinks.
Dubrovnik - Kamenice at the bottom of the main staircase, Gradska Kavana Arsenal on the Stradum, Dubravka 1836 just outside the Pile Gate, and Taj Mahal which is Bosnian food.
In Dubrovnik:
Taj Mahal - Bosnian food; make reservations
Kopun - go to the top of the baroque Jesuit steps, to the right is the Jesuit church, and to the left is Kopun. We had excellent fresh fish and shellfish.
Restaurant Dubrovska - just outside the Pile gate on the water. We had a delicious lunch with beautiful views.
In Split:
Bokeria restaurant.- We had breakfast here every morning because a voucher was included with our hotel. So we didn't have dinner here but it was always busy and has an excellent reputation. Our breakfasts were delicious!
