Croatia Tent Camping

Hey Folks,

I'm looking at doing a couple weeks in Croatia in July 2022 and was just wondering how other's experiences have been with being able to get a spot at campgrounds without reservations. Is it fairly realistic that I will be able to get a tent spot without booking far in advance?

I can’t comment on the whole of Croatia, but on the islands I have visited in July, you would need reservations.

We have had nighttime temperatures of about 30 degrees, making sleep difficult on Hvar.
