Croatia sailing recommendations?

Hello,
I'm considering a Croatia (and maybe Greece as well) sail next spring or early summer. I see Rick doesn't do Croatia tours (yet!)
I've found one group called Sail Croatia and another Adventuresmith that sound pretty good, but I'm just starting my search. Does anyone have any experience with these -- or other cruise organizations? Not big companies. I don't want to be one of "those" people disgorging from a massive cruise ship like ants to overwhelm a city, then reverse in the evening. ... Looking for a fairly budget cruise, definitely not luxury.
Any ideas?

Suggest you look up Variety Cruises which uses a 20 cabin motor yacht that goes from Dubrovnik to Corfu; we were on the same yacht doing a cruise through the Greek Islands about 3 years ago.
Last year we sailed on the K(C)leopatra from Split to Dubrovnik and back and it was also in the range of 20 cabins. We saw several other small boats cruising, and several of them looked like Chinese Junks covered with wet towels and laundry hanging everywhere! We enjoyed both ships mainly because the passengers were from all over the world and Americans made up a minority.
