Hi, We can stay at Home Exchanges and rent a car and we would like to do some cycling through hills and along coastlines when it is not touristy but the weather is not too hot but not rainy. We are pretty accomplished in the french language but prefer Italian cooking.
Any thoughts on Corsica vs Sicily?

Did you mean to consider Croatia too--it's a great place for bike trips. I'd consider Sardinia too, where I saw many long distance cyclists in May.
