Cooking Classes/ Peka

Does anyone have any recommendations for cooking classes in either:
Zadar area (we will be staying in Petracane- 15-20' North), Split, Brac or Dubrovnik?
Ideally I would like to do a Peka cooking class.
There will be 4 of us and the youngest is 17. I found a few that state must be 18 yrs old.

Alternate question, how about a restaurant recommendation to eat Peka? (not necessarily a cooking class).

We did a cooking class in Split at he Split Cooking School. We didnt make peka but you could e-mail and ask if it is possible. It’s Splitcookingclass.Com. The chef’s name is Željko.
