Hello fellow enthusiasts. I will be day tripping on a Azamara cruise visiting Opatua, Sibenik, Split and Zadar which I would like to rent a car and especially one where I can pick up and drop off right near the port. Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

Is your cruise port Rijeka or Opatija? I ask because the only cruise port I know of is in Rijeka. Opatija is about a 20 minute car ride from Rijeka. We rent from Sixt in Rijeka. Their office isn’t far from the port, walkable..
Sixt’s office in Split is a short cab ride from the port.
In Dubrovnik their office is at the Hotel Rixos which is not convenient to the port. If your ship is docking in Gruž, there are a few rental agencies which are walkable from the port. I just can’t think of which ones at the moment. Maybe you can Google a few or Google street view port of Gruž and see them.
