Car ferry and rental cars. We will need to take a car ferry from Dubrovnik to Korcula. We are trying to book ahead of time, and it is requiring us to enter the exact car information. We will not know that until we actually pick up the car.
What's the best way to handle that?

Check your car rental agreement. Insurance policies of some car rental companies do not cover car damage on ferries (or islands).

We never have had a rental car that could be taken on a ferry crossing. Drop off your rental car, take the ferry and pick up a new rental car when you get your your next destination.
