We will be driving down the coast of Croatia the first two weeks of May. We would like to take car ferries from
1) Brestova to Piorizina, Creš
2) Merag to Valbiska
3) Valbiska to Lopar
4) Misniak to Stinicia.
Should we get tickets ahead of time online or just show up 45 minutes early at the ports? Can you buy tickets at Brestova for all four crossings?

I haven't taken the ferries you list for many years, but I would assume that they are the same as the ferries in southern Dalmatia.
On all the ferries I am familiar with, buying a ticket does not guarantee you a place on a particular crossing - it's your position in the queue that matters. In May turning up 45 minutes early should be ample, and gives you plenty of time to get in the queue, buy your tickets and have a coffee.
