I am researching where to stay in Dubrovnik the first week of October for 3 nights. We prefer small hotels with great service, old time charm, very clean, ensuite. Don't mind a walk into old town. Does anyone have recommendations?

Kazbek hotel, old building, nice garden, very good restorant, service, waterfront path in front
Pucic palace, Old city, historical building, central location
Both are smallish (10-20 rooms), both 5 stars
I met guests from both (pucic this year), they usualy claim they are great
Another option: Imperial hotel
