bike barge Croatia mid May 2018

My wife and I would like to do a barge bike trip mid to late May 2018. We are 67 and do mostly rail trails type biking. Our home is Pittsburgh, Pa. We were considering Croatia Dalmatian coast area but find airfare somewhat expensive. Looking for travel or venue options. Open to other Europe barge bike options. Also consider bike a few days, tour a few days

I am not aware of bke barges in Croatia. Seems geographically impossible. My parents did a VBT Trip in Slovenia which they enjoyed . Where are you looking for airfares?
