We are renting a place near Varos, 2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 9). I am interested in renting bicycles, and wondering if it's worth it and how many days is realistic we rent them for.
I thought we could bike through Park Suma Marjan (how long would we spend there on bikes?)
Any other destinations and places to bike?
Around the US it's great to travel by bicycle to locations rather than walk or drive. Is that the case in Split? Are there a lot of safe routes to bike?

Our first trip that involved bikes in Europe (2018) was to Croatia and we did a 7 day (6 days cycling) guided trip with Meridien Ten. Since then, we’ve switched to much cheaper “self-guided” cycle tours. Operator provides bikes, maps, hotels and luggage transfers. You get yourself from place to place.
