I made reservations at Plitvice Streaming B&B for one night. Planning to arrive at B&B in the afternoon September 10. Please advise if need to buy two day tickets to Park can see it in the afternoon on 10th and morning on 11th?

Yes- If you want to visit the afternoon of September 10 and the next morning, you can buy the “Two-Day ticket” for €60.

In case you had not considered it, per multiple posts in the forum, if you stay at the
on-site Hotel Jezero, they will validate your 1-day ticket for a second day to see the
park on the schedule you've noted.
I suspect the B&B is still the better plan, but, if you are strapped for time or don't have
a car, the hotel may be worth considering.
Tip - if you have a car and have the time, consider driving up 429 to 42 and then
turning down the side road at Poljanak. A little over a mile in, when you get to the
small bridge, park and walk down the paths (there's one on each side of the bridge)
a short distance. You will be rewarded with views of Veliki Slap and the upper lakes
without having to walk up the stairs (which may still be closed).
