interested in any thoughts on the two main companies that run Catamarans from Split to Korcula? Krilo's timetable looks like it's about 2.5 hours vs Jadrolinija's is longer, about 3.5-4 hours. Any information on why one is longer, better service, etc would be welcome, thank you
The Jadrolinija catamaran stops in Bol and Hvar on the way to Korcula. The Krilo only stops in Hvar. I would take the Krilo if the schedule is good for you. I think the price is probably the same.
Oh, that makes sense; thank you for the information, very helpful
I rode the Krilo ferry on that route in June. In my case I stayed overnight in Hvar, so it was your same route as two separate rides. The timing was much better for me for that company, and the ferry was a nice ride & staff.
I had read that they can sell out, so I purchased my tickets on-line a month before.
The Krilo Catamaran does travel from Split to Korcula in 2.5 hours. It first stops off at Hvar in 75 minutes before docking at Korcula Town. You can also take the Krilo to and from Dubrovnik to reach both Korcula and Hvar. The Krilo Catamaran takes fewer passengers than Jadrolinja’s ferries. It’s both faster and cleaner than the ferries
