Best Airline from Rome to Split

You have your choice of ITA Airlines (seasonal), Vueling or Ryanair.

From Dubrovnik to Rome, you have Croatia Airlines (seasonal), Ryanair, and Vueling (seasonal).

Don't know about airport hotels, however.

The one that goes when you want at a price you want to pay? Sometimes you have to look at budget add-ons to see if they are really budget, but no one knows what your situation is. You can always upgrade to business on any of them.

It’s not terribly far to the airport from Dubrovnik, so staying in town is a decent option; but some people stay in Cavtat to be a little closer.
