I just saw a website that says your need an “Announcement Form” to enter Croatia??
Is this true? I hadn’t seen anything about this until I stumbled onto this website.

Might be a Passenger Locator Form? We need this for a trip to France later this week, and a few other countries require it too (Slovenia), if I remember correctly.

It is now phrased as a request, rather than a requirement. But it can’t hurt to fill it out. There are currently no requirements for entry.

Thank you for the replies. We are going in a couple weeks and were worried we missed something. Going to Slovenia too.

I am in Croatia right now. We filled out the form but were never asked for our number, nor were we asked to show our vaccination cards.

I went to the trouble to fill out the form online. At the very end it gave back a letter with a bar code and told me to
"DISPLAY THIS IN THE WINDOW OF YOUR AUTO AS YOU ENTER CROATIA AT THE BORDER."
As we are flyiing in, I think it was a complete waste of time.
