Always come in a day or two early, because airline travel is so unpredictable post-Covid. Have a great trip!

The airline is going to vary depending on where you are flying from.
People often check sites like Google flights or sky scanner to see what's available.
If you tell us where you are flying from people here might have suggestions.

From Dallas, both Turkish Air and Emirates have one stop service to Ljubljana

From Houston, KLM, Air France and Lufthansa have one stop service

Atlanta also has several one stop options.

Just need to plug in your dates to see which has the schedule and pricing that suits your needs.

Do arrive ahead of time; helps overcome jet-lag and see some things/places not included with the tour

Use Google flight if you do not have a lot of loyalty miles to redeem. I just booked I think a very reasonable economy flight with Condor airline (German airline) for June for $530 including 23kg of luggage from JFK to Zagreb with a stop in FRA. Turkey airline was more expensive, but they provide option for stay over in Istanbul for one night for free. Prices change daily, so keep checking or setup an alert.

We are doing this tour the very end of August into September. Just booked Delta Atl- Paris- Lju and Dubrovnik- Amsterdam (overnight in Amsterdam)- Atlanta. We like to fly Delta because my husband can get us upgraded to Comfort Plus for free after booking Economy. Put your dates into Goggle Flights and start tracking the price then jump on what looks good. We are coming in a day early but leaving the afternoon after tour ends. Staying overnight at Amsterdam airport and plan to take train into Amsterdam for dinner and an evening canal cruise- have been to Amsterdam before. I did find leaving from Zagreb Croatia going through Amsterdam or Paris about $200-$300 cheaper but when you figure in the cheap flight needed Dubrovnik to Zagreb and hotel stay if not interested in that city then better to go straight out of Dubrovnik.
