Looking for for suggestions for places you would recommend to stay in Old Town Dubrovnik and Split. I have Rick Steves guide book but all his places are booked in September. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it. This topic has probably been asked before, but I don’t see a search tab. Thank you

How many people will be staying with you? Do you want a clothes or dish washer? Parking? The Airbnb Website should help you narrow things down.
For the Search box on Rick Steves’ Website, click on the icon in the upper left corner that has 5 horizontal lines on top of each other, and the box will pop up. Enter a keyword or words, and the results will display the number of things on Rick’s site with the word(s) in them that are in within this Travel Forum, the number that are in blogs by Rick, in his radio programs, etc.

Thank you for the tip! It is just my husband and I and we don’t need a kitchen, but a private bath and AC.

I've stayed in Dubrovnik at 'Hosted by Ana" and in Split at "Home in Split hosted by Ann Miri" both are excellent Airbnbs and I would gladly stay again. J

You might contact Nera and sleep if she has any ideas. Locals are always the best source, and she is a first rate guide for Dubrovnk.
