Hi, we have a group of 6 adults, all in our 50s, with 3 full days in Split at the end of September. I'm responsible for the planning while we're in Split (we're also spending half the week in Dubrovnik), so I'm looking to keep everyone entertained. I'm already planning a one-day trip to Plitvice Lakes, and one day exploring Split, so wondering what to do for the 3rd day.
I was leaning toward a day trip to Hvar but then saw the option of a 5-island boat tour that would include Hvar as well as the Blue Cave and other islands. So, my first question is, has anyone taken the 5-island tour and is it worth it? My second question would be is a longer day in Hvar a better option or even something else I'm not thinking of?
