Hello fellow travelers. I know this may be a brood question but was looking for suggestions. My family and I are taking a cruise and our first stop is Dubrovnik. We have already purchased the Dubrovnik card for the day for my wife and I. Our daughters which are under 18, we did not buy the card for them since prices are lower for entry to sites. We plan on eating breakfast and dinner on the ship, but are planning to eat lunch in the town and maybe a snack or 2. Also, a couple of small souvenirs. So my question is how much money should I take out of the ATM since we're not big spenders and are only there for the day? Thank you.

You'll be able to use a credit card for lunch and much shopping. Likely you won't need more than $50 worth of kuna. It's not ideal, but I discovered last year that many shops in Dubrovnik (catering to the cruise crowd) also happily accept euros and may have prices marked in two currencies.
