Our friend from Italy was in Sofia and she was hurying to get to the Black sea and because of this, she decided to try the nearest rent a car company - above mentioned Mars rent a car
She tilf us about this postfactum asking us if we can assist her with returning the ca, because she is affraid that the owner of the comoany can get aggrsive.
The owner of the company looks and behaves as a criminal! He was cursing a lot and wanted to fight with me because i wanted to get her deposit back which was 150 Eur. The resrevour of the car was not filled, the car was without all necessary equipment required to be used in Bulgaria, it was durty and looks like not maintained from a long time. You should buy by yourself vignete and this was not explained at all to the Italian lady! At the end renting the car fro this scam is more epensive than rent it from a company with higher rating . Look at the rating of the company-it us 1 and this is for reason!
