Bought tickets online for early entry to Vatican Museum. Cannot get vouchers to be sent via email. Has anyone else had this problem?

So many people have had this problem that they have a "resend voucher" form! Just go to biglietterismusei.vatican.va/musei/tickets/do?action=reinviovoucher and on the left of the page, choose "Resend voucher." You will then fill out a short form and they can resend your vouchers by email. Check your spam on your email. Often things that are not spam get sent to spam anyway and it might be in there. If you still don't get them, email them at help.musei@scv.va

Thank you. Turns out vouchers went to spam. So new email address and voila...it appeared.
