Having had travel claims recently, Allianz Global was the best for receiving reimbursement which was efficient and prompt. Highly recommend. The absolute worst was AARDY IMGlobal which resulted in over 6 months of aggravation. This included lost online claims, incorrect mailing addresses, long delays and lack of responsiveness. Stay clear of AARDY - IMGlobal.

Dianekay, without getting too personal, it would be very help if you will tell us more about each of your claims. Were they medical? Med evac? Trip cancellation? Lost luggage? Which countries did the incidents occur? You get the idea…

They were both airline delays on flights out of U.S. The first was weather related cancellation, the second was loss of flight/seat at gate - (suspicious.) Beware of American Airlines.
