Summer deals on Apartments in the UK

I just received an email with an offer from Native, a company that has apartment-hotels in London, Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh. There is a 20% discount for stays of 2 nights or more. I have not actually stayed with them yet, but I have looked seriously at their Bankside apartments in London—-modern, stylish, and a great location. Probably will book there next time, but for our upcoming visit we have reason to stay on the other side of the river.

I wonder if these summer deals have anything to do with lack of air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave??

We just returned 3 weeks ago from staying in London in the Kensington/Bayswater section northwest of Hyde Park.
Tourism is back in London and the hotels are charging prices to make up for their lack of sales during the pandemic.

If you find a deal, grab it. We've been to London many, many times, and I honestly think future European visits will be to places that are more reasonably priced.

I put a date into Native and the same date into Premier Inn, which I know is a different concept. Native was more than double the price.

Even with 20% off, Native would still be £150 per night more expensive.
