The one on Covent Garden is a great location. We had that one booked for our March trip but had to cancel the London portion (for more time in Italy).

The Venice StayCity property is actually in Mestre rather than Venice proper.

I've stayed at the Wilde by Staycity in Manchester. Good location but they seem to cater to a younger crowd.

No phones in room but wanted you to contact them in house via What's App. No paper products in the room except toilet paper (no tissues). They wanted you to separate trash into four different categories including a separate bucket for food waste.

I never saw any employee smile.

I imagine they do that to qualify for some kind of sustainability award. Not a bad thing, actually.

Except Sasha, I saw housekeeping take three of the four bins and dump them all into the same large trash bag.

The food waste bin was picked up separately.

Welcome to Europe. We were required to separate trash at three apartments in Rome and Monterosso. The apt in Trastevere required that before checking out we take the trash to the dumpsters for the neighborhood, which were a bit of a hike to get to - separate dumpster for each category.

Thank you for the heads up on this! Booked mine this morning for Dublin in September! Perfect location for me 😉
