Does anyone know how to claim Rick Steves' discount on the radius tour to the Neuschwanstein Castle? I tried to book a tour on their webpage. They have a field for promotion code, but I could not figure out how to get Rick Steves' discount. Thanks!

It's even cheaper to buy your ticket online (you would still have to buy a ticket in addition to the price of a Radius tour) and make a reservation at the same time for the staff at Neuschwanstein Castle to take you on a tour. Why pay a middle man when the staff at the castle offers cheap tours are are experts on the castle? www.neuschwanstein.de/englisch/tourist/tours.htm

Thank you for your responses, everyone! I heard back from Radius Tour. Let me share what they have told me.
They do not honor Rick Steves' discount online. The only way to get the discount is to show his guidebook at the time of purchasing tickets at their office.
