Our family of 5 - two adults, 3 teens - will be in Barcelona for 3-4 nights in January 2027. I am familiar with the Airbnb vs. hotel conversation but the apartment/airbnb option appears much more affordable. Are there apartments or family suites that are comparable to an airbnb or vrbo in size & price that don't have the same negative impact on the local economy and housing?
