Already applied. The annual cost is $95 and you receive a $50 hotel credit. The only catch is charging the required amount on the card in the designated time frame.

Well, rats, if it were a few months from now, its sounds like hotels in England would get us quite close to the $5000 threshold!

An interesting path to Delta tickets with these Chase points is the 130% point transfers to Virgin Atlantic that happen twice a year. They have some great options for Delta flights but it’s a lot of work to get availability.

A person can churn these every 48 months for a new sign up promo.

These cards used to pay for one global entry fee but that perk was dropped at some point.

Global Entry isn't all that expensive but is worth every single penny

My husband just called Chase Preferred for the 100,000 point bonus. He's had his Chase Preferred since 1998, so all he had to do was stop that card and get the Chase Freedom Unlimited to keep his points that he had already accrued. In a few days, he will apply for the Chase Preferred. I cannot do so until July. I'm hopeful the offer will still be available then.
