Yay! I am now able to travel freely. I expect to take as many trips per year as I can. I would like to buy one good annual travel insurance policy to cover all of it. BUT I discover most such policies are not available to Washington state residents. Aaargh! Has anyone found such a policy that IS available to us? (I appreciate having good insurance regulation, but it's overkill if there are no policies available.)

Yes, we came across that as well. We have had annual policies through both DAN as well as Alianz, so check thiose out.

You might see what is available through your credit card company. That is what I did before I found that my ski club required travel insurance and had arrangements with an agent who represented appropriate companies.
