I have an elderly friend traveling solo to Sarajevo. She is hiring a guide, what should she tip? She is also going to Moldova, Romania, North Macedonia, and Lampedusa. Any guidance on gide tipping would be much appreciated. In each country it is a private guide for her alone. Also are ATMs the best way to get local currency?
